MEET TYLER
FOUNDER AND TRAINER
As a high school student athlete I focused on honing my skills outside of practice. As time passed a fellow student athlete wanted to join my personal training sessions, where I began to work on his player development. I was amazed to see him grow as a player and later join the Georgia State University basketball team. My passion for training took off from this moment and through my 10+ years of training I have had the pleasure to work with a multitude of athletes from beginners, high school, college and all the way up to the NBA/WNBA level. As your personal basketball trainer, I am here to help you elevate your game and develop your skills on and off the court.

MEET Brian

Brian Emerson, a former college coach with a proven record, is stepping up as the lead trainer and Recruiting Specialist for Seven. After serving two years as an assistant at Sewanee, he was named the 24th head coach for the men's basketball team on April 30, 2019. During his tenure, Emerson has compiled a 50-59 record over five seasons, leading to 12 All-Conference selections and 36 players named to the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Academic Honor Roll. The Tigers celebrated a remarkable turnaround in 2023, winning the SAA Tournament championship and reaching NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019, with four players earning All-SAA honors, including Russ Marr, who made history by scoring over 600 points in a season.
With a wealth of experience, he previously served as an coach at Williams College, where he helped the Ephs achieve an impressive 53-29 record, including a remarkable Final Four run in 2016-17. As a standout student-athlete at Williams, he was part of two Final Four, boasting an impressive overall record of 93-22.

Brian adds immense value to our Game Seven athletes and we are thrilled to have him on board.
OUR APPROACH
Game Seven takes a personal approach to training by creating an environment that allows athletes to get to know themselves as basketball players. We pride ourselves in having a collaborative approach between the athlete and trainer to determine the best training methods to elevate their game. Each player is unique, so Game Seven analyzes each players position and play style to develop a complete basketball player.

Player development is a key component to staying ahead of the competition. Our game situational training helps our athletes adapt to the rapid growth of the game and develop the critical thinking skills that will set them apart.

At Game Seven, we aim to create memorable and lifelong relationships with our clients. Our athletes are more than clients, they are family! Game Seven is professional personal training & mentorship environment, as we believe the greater the relationship, the better progress we will see on and off the court.
