Groups and Schedules
Our training program is structured around group sessions designed to optimize player development. Players will be assigned to specific groups, and it is essential that any required changes are communicated promptly so adjustments can be made efficiently. Attendance and commitment are crucial, especially during the fall season, when Saturday morning runs are an integral part of training. Exceptions for conflicts before 10:30 am may be granted, but consistent participation is expected to ensure maximum progress. Your dedication and punctuality are vital to your growth as a player.
